Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator Responsible for managing the storage and transportation of the company’s inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Responsibilities include :
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of company equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and other personnel, to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Purchase, return, and receive parts and equipment
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Maintain and update inventory lists
- Manage warehouse organization, inventory and procedures
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills :
- High school diploma / GED preferred
- 1 year experience in logistics preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Some knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Ability to work with and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits :
