Blueline Security Services is currently seeking professional, highly qualified Site Security Director candidates to join our team at two mixed use retail / residential locations in the Montgomery County Area.

Ideal candidates will come from strong backgrounds in Military, law enforcement, corrections, prior leadership experience, or security within a high-level federal facility. While a current security license is not required to begin, all applicants must be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. We'll help guide you through that process if needed.

This position involves more than just standing post-it's about delivering security with professionalism, calm authority, and courtesy. You'll be working in a high-traffic, high-visibility environment where your appearance, conduct, and communication matter just as much as your tactical awareness. You'll serve as both a protector and a brand ambassador, helping maintain our client's high-end experience while ensuring the safety of its people and property.

We value candidates who are reliable, punctual, and polished in both appearance and attitude. You should be able to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations, make quick and effective decisions, and represent both Blueline and our client with integrity and professionalism. Prior experience in customer-facing roles or high-end security environments is a plus, especially if you've had to balance service with security.

This is an On-Site security director, who will be the face of Blueline Security Services at your designated locations. You'll be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 security guards, deploying them most effectively during peak times, and maintaining a high rapport with our client and their tenants.

Schedule : Tuesdays - Saturdays, working day (10am-6pm) shift one week, and an afternoon (2pm-10pm) shift the next.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintaining a visible and professional security presence at all times
• Deterring theft and disruptive behavior through a calm and confident demeanor
• Responding to emergencies or incidents with discretion and control
• Documenting events clearly and accurately
• Communicating effectively with client staff, law enforcement, and Blueline leadership / employees
• Training, maintaining, and scheduling a force of 10-15 security officers for our client.
