Job Summary
Signature Dental Partners is searching for a payroll specialist interested in a dynamic position with a fast growing, private equity organization.
Reporting to the Controller, this position will join our very capable payroll / HR team.
General Responsibilities
- Assisting with payroll processing for 800 employees (and growing) for multiple entities operating in multiple states
- Performing timecard review, completing payroll changes, following company employment practices, labor regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Respond to various employee and departmental payroll questions
- Support HR functions during non-payroll workdays
Job Qualifications
- Education - associate's degree in accounting or business preferred, or equivalent in experience
- Experience - 2-3 years of related accounting experience, including with payroll and HR
- Experience with ADP WorkForce Now (WFN) or similar payroll application
- Experience in a multi-entity, multi-location, healthcare business, with a complex chart of accounts
- Advanced skills - MS Office / Excel, complex accounting software, electronic records
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and accurate; demonstrates a collaborative attitude; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills;
