A company is looking for a Junior Accountant to manage various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accounts reconciliation, data entry, and maintain updated records (invoices / receipts)
Assist with the monthly close process and day-to-day accounting operations
Manage payroll for W2 employees and 1099 contractors
Required Qualifications
Degree in accounting, finance or business
Minimum of 2 years of relative experience, including government contracting
Experience with PROCAS and Excel
Working knowledge of different types of federal contracts
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
