Shipping Clerk

Immediately hiring Shipping Clerk in the Langhorne, PA area for a FULL TIME position. The shipping clerk will be responsible for working in the warehouse, preparing orders to be shipped out, using the computer to keep documentation of customer order and shipping information, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and working in a fast paced environment.

Prior experience inspecting and labelling customer orders, using some type of computer inventory system, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and completing other warehouse duties as needed will be required for this position.

Must Haves :

• 3-5 years + as a shipping clerk / warehouse worker or similar role
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties :

• Process and package orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all necessary shipping documents are prepared and attached to each package.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, production, and customer service, to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.
• Communicate with customers and external vendors regarding order status and shipment tracking information.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company policies.
• Inspect and report on any signs of damage or discrepancies in shipment materials.
• Operate heavy machinery, such as a forklift, to move large and heavy inventory.
