About the Company / The Opportunity :

Are you an experienced paralegal seeking a growth-oriented opportunity in the software industry? We are a leader in the technology sector and are hiring a Paralegal to support the legal department’s contract work, including managing the contracts database and electronic files, and handling contract-related administrative tasks. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting a global legal team.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee contract documentation by coordinating submission, review, and entry into the contract management system.
  • Organize the legal team’s contract records.
  • Provide legal support to team members.
  • Assist in the review and negotiation of legal documents, including NDAs and licensing agreements.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal (ideally in-house)

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with NDA's, licensing agreements, and commercial sales transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and PowerBi.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management Tools, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Experienced in collaborating with leadership and staff at every level.
