Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a dynamic and growing client in the Norcross area that is looking to add a Commission Specialist to their team.
The ideal candidate will handle their intricate sales field incentive program across multiple departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process monthly payroll for the company’s sales commission team accurately and in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze and validate all aspects of commission payout calculation accurately and efficiently.
- Spearhead the retrieval and organization of complex sales data from various sources.
- Assist with the maintenance and administration of the commission tracking system, ideally Paylocity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc commission reports and analyses for the finance team and senior management.
- Work interactively with sales and finance departments to resolve any commission-related disputes or inquiries quickly and appropriately.
- Aid in the process of streamlining and improving the current commission calculation model.
- Participate actively in the audit process when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
