Executive Assistant to the COO

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief OperatingOfficer you will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of and in partnership with the operations team.

You will be proactive in your ability to manage all administrative issues.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Executive administrative and clerical support as requested.
  • Coordinating travel.
  • Managing and balancing conflicting priorities.
  • Scheduling and planning internal and external meetings.
  • Calendar maintenance.
  • Report generation in Excel and Word and powerPoint.
  • Organization, assembly, and maintenance of paper file, electronic files, and diaries.
  • Expense report preparation and submission.
  • Coordination and support of departmental initiatives.
  • Event Planning and coordination; some travel required.
  • Regional Event support and general office support.

Ability to work East Coast hours

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent proof reading skills.
  • Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and an excellent time manager.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • College Degree preferred but not required.
