Overview and Responsibilities

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Project Manager. The Project Manager shall be involved in all aspects of the real estate department, including but not limited to working with the General Counsel on new and existing leases, location moves and closures, heavy communication with locations (to address day to day concerns) and landlords as well.

• Assist in drafting new leases
• Assist in negotiation and drafting of lease renewals
• Coordinate all location moves and closures with various different departments within the company.
• Daily communication with locations to address day to day issues with their properties
• Handle facility contracts
• Locate contractors for the building / build out projects.
• Assist with and review contracts with contractors for the build projects.
• Coordinate the build projects for timely completion.
• Review contracts with vendors, utilities, etc. and provide recommendations to general counsel.
• Review invoices from contracted vendors to compliance with terms / work / completion timelines.
• Data entry and maintenance of real estate database.
• Performs other duties as may be required or other projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Paralegal or legal background preferred
• Employment is contingent upon a background investigation

• Using common office equipment (e.g., phone, copier, fax, computer, etc.)
