Overview : At Natixis Investment Managers, our Strategic Accounts team is dedicated to cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients in the US Defined Contribution marketplace.
We achieve this through collaborative partnerships with Record-keepers, Retirement Aggregators, Regional Banks, National Wire and Independent Broker-Dealers, and outsourced Fiduciary Investment Solutions Providers.
We closely collaborate with home office senior management, investment decision makers, distribution leadership, and research departments within these organizations.
Through these partnerships, our goal is to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, we work closely with the Natixis Retirement Advisory Development Group, where we direct strategy and create foundational opportunities for field execution.
This collaboration strengthens our ability to deliver investment solutions and strategic insights to our clients. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA. What you will do :
- Cultivate and nurture relationship with clients in the Defined Contribution (DC) sector, including, National RIAs, record keepers, broker dealers, and fiduciary investment solution providers.
- Introduce Natixis investment solutions to the marketplace while upholding and fortifying existing client assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and service opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to clients by delivering superior service, strategic direction, and sales support.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to strategically position Natixis solutions and intellectual capital.
- Harness Natixis’ brand and expertise to bolster brand awareness and influence investment decisions within the retirement sector.
- Lead initiatives to advocate for the Natixis target date suite alongside affiliate investment strategies.
- Implement tailored marketing and outreach strategies to enhance visibility and adoption of Natixis investment solutions within the retirement sector.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development or enhancement.
- Lead the development and execution of critical initiatives to amplify Natixis’ presence in the retirement marketplace.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, sharing feedback and insights to help inform product development and service enhancements.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, furnishing regular updates and insights to senior management.
What you will bring :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment-related or financial roles, with a proven track record in sales and client management within the retirement sector.
- Sound understanding of retirement plan consulting practices and investment influencers and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster and maintain robust client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in articulating ideas and solutions.
- Solutions oriented with the ability to analyze market trends and devise innovative ways to drive sales.
- In-depth knowledge of retirement industry regulations.
- Experience in conducting due diligence and selecting investment products for retirement plans.
- Ability to navigate intricate organizational structures and wield influence in decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with leading retirement platforms and fiduciary solutions.
