Financial Systems Analyst
The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of data loaded into and calculated within the Global Financial Information Systems (OneStream, Blackline, Enable).
This position works closely with Corporate Accounting, Corporate FP&A and Segment Finance teams to support and enhance complex business solutions and processes.
This position reports to the Manager, Financial Systems.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Administration and maintenance of OneStream, Blackline and Enable
- Monitoring and executing all processes, including the maintenance of automated consolidation scripts
- Manage data integration process across systems
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls and audit reporting
- Analyze and troubleshoot data / systems issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately
- Participate in deployment of upgrades and patches
- Responsible for end user support including training and documentation
- Participate in the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures and ultimately help to implement identified improvements
- Maintain documentation for procedures and standard operating procedures
- Support transition of legacy applications to COE or OneStream
- Special projects and process improvements as determined necessary by management
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 2-4 years of data management or related experience required
- Previous administrator experience with OneStream preferred
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounting and financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and VBA
