Job Title : Software Tester (US Citizens Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Conduct manual and automated testing to evaluate the functionality, performance, and usability of software applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design testing strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality, usability, and performance of software products.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug-tracking systems.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Appium) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
