Our rooftop is a must-visit hotspot, where guests come to celebrate, unwind, and make memories. As the Rooftop Manager, you’ll be at the helm of it all, crafting exceptional experiences that keep people talking long after they leave.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the heart and soul of our rooftop! As the face of the venue, you’ll create a welcoming, exciting atmosphere that draws guests in and keeps them coming back for more.
• Lead a high-energy team! You’ll be the driving force behind a top-notch crew, guiding them through fast-paced nights and ensuring everyone works in sync to create a seamless guest experience.
• Own the night! You’ll be comfortable leading the charge during late-night closing shifts (3 PM close), managing the rhythm of the evening, and keeping the energy up until the final toast.

Typically, you’ll finish around 1 AM, but on nights when events are in full swing, you’ll roll with the flow and keep the magic going.

Curate exceptional events! With your expertise in managing private and semi-private events, you’ll take every celebration to the next level.

Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale bash, your attention to detail and flair for hospitality will make it memorable.

Collaborate with the best! You’ll work closely with our General Manager to execute our vision of a rooftop destination that’s stylish, exciting, and the talk of the town.

Together, you’ll ensure the rooftop is a standout part of our hotel experience.

What We’re Looking For :

• A natural host with a larger-than-life personality and the ability to work a room. You know how to engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver exceptional service with a personal touch.
• Nightlife experience is key! You thrive in fast-paced, social environments, and you know how to keep the energy up even when the nights run long.
• Mixology master with advanced knowledge of bar operations and cocktail crafting. You’re not just pouring drinks you’re creating an experience with every cocktail.
• Strong leadership abilities, able to inspire and motivate your team through the hustle and bustle of a busy rooftop lounge.
• Flexibility for late nights and event-driven schedules. You’re comfortable with a shift that runs from 3 PM to close, and you understand that sometimes the best nights go beyond the usual hours.
• Event experience is a bonus! If you’ve handled private and semi-private events before, you’ll hit the ground running with us.
