PROJECT ASSISTANT is required by our Client, within the Renewables industry, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Boston, MA.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support.
- Responsible for the onboarding / offboarding tasks.
- Interface with IT to coordinate equipment deliveries.
- Manage calendars and provide support meetings such as : monthly and weekly meetings, workshops, and project events.
- Support the project team to create purchase orders in SAP.
- Project specific and office specific Ad Hoc need.
- Set up for the project : Send out reminder emails to team to update the vacation calendar, keep distribution list up to date, coordinate communication, and support team needs.
- Assist with project reporting by coordinating inputs from team members for weekly and monthly reports for internal project and corporate use.
- Support the team in team building events or external events with authorities.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite : Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
