Cartographic Production Specialist (MO)

Geo Owl is currently looking for a Cartographic Production Specialist to support our St. Louis contract opportunity. To be qualified, you need at least 3 years of relevant experience and meet the requirements listed below.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), reflecting a comprehensive understanding and application of geospatial analytical methodologies and practices.

Active TS / SCI clearance. Experience with performing data extraction and Imagery analysis using ArcMap / ArcGIS Pro, completing timely and accurate foundation data reviews, and performing foundation data quality control / quality assurance analysis using GAIT / QAC software program.

Expertise and experience in creating shapefiles, geo-databases, and features. Knowledge of geospatial analysis software suites (GIS commercial software packages such as ArcGIS Pro, ERDAS & SocetSet, including common office software to include spreadsheets, word processing) used by NGA to accomplish its mission.

Proficiency and experience with common Technical Reference Document TRDv.4.x and UTRDV.1.x. Experience with data extraction in support of crisis operations, geospatial Digital Twin, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML).

Required Qualifications : A relevant bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of prior experience, or relevant master’s with 2-6 years of experience.
