Why This is an Exciting Role

As a Knowledge Manager / Technical Writer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will play a critical role in communicating the policy and procedures for implementing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).

You'll maintain and organize data, processes, and knowledge regarding OBI governance and knowledge modeling to keep it up-to-date and organized in a way that ensures stakeholders across the DIAAE have access to the resources they need.

You will contribute to the development of governance documents and tradecraft guidance, facilitate meetings, and ensure compliance with production standards, ultimately advancing national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis.

Experience and Qualifications :

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications :

Required Education and Years of Experience :

A Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management and / or All-Source Analysis

Required Qualifications :

  • TS / SCI clearance (active)
  • Expertise in SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
  • Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence concepts.

Desired Qualifications :

Familiarity with Agile Methodologies

Telework / Remote Availability : Limited telework at this time

Work Location : National Capitol Region

Summary Pay Range :

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$111,000 - $139,000
