We are seeking a diligent part time HR Recruiter to join our non-profit team located in Newport, Kentucky. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be primarily involved with recruiting support, talent acquisition, and utilization of various online recruiting systems.
As a part-time HR Recruiter, your main objective will be to provide recruiting support to our various sites, using innovative ideas, and taking proactive steps to ensure the successful completion of recruitment tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize online recruiting systems such as ADP, LinkedIn Career Center, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Handshake to source potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and find talent across different sites.
- Be creative and innovative in recruiting techniques to attract the best talent.
- Show initiative in the implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Use HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems to maintain and update candidate information.
- Engage in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain a profile-savvy approach, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Knowledge and experience in using HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems
- Prior experience in a non-profit organization is desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
