Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst at BlueSprig. This leadership role leads clinical judgment, empowers clinicians, and aims to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a center-based team in delivering high-quality care and champion clinical excellence.
  • Mentor a dedicated team of clinicians and help create a culture where both the team and clients can thrive.
  • Collaborate with clinical committees and participate in initiatives that advance clinical practice and research within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA with leadership capability in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in managing clinical teams and delivering effective treatment plans aligned with BACB, state, and payer guidelines.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary : $90,000-$97,000
  • Center Based Performance Bonus : currently $10,400-$20,800 per year, with potential to build up to $41,600 per year
  • Hybrid work schedules available
