Required Skills and Experience :
- 10+ years of experience within either construction management or project management
- 6+ years of bridge and / or structural construction inspection experience within major public works
- 5+ years as a resident engineer, structures representative or assistant structures representative on major public works projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of California

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Structures Representative to play a crucial role in managing the pre construction, contracts, reporting, and client relationships of a fast-growing engineering firm local to Santa Ana, CA.
The construction management team is looking for a dynamic, innovative-minded Senior Structures Representative who thrives on taking ownership and driving projects forward.
This person needs to be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys both client interaction and hands-on management. The ideal candidates roles and reasonability's include but are not limited to : Pre-Construction Services : Oversee bid reviews and provide bidding support.
Contract Administration : Manage contracts, monitor schedules, address claims, and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Project Adherence : Ensure projects adhere to approved plans, budgets, and timelines. Temporary Structures : Perform calculations and acceptance of temporary structures used in bridge and structure construction, including falsework, temporary shoring, working platforms, and temporary supports.
Regulatory Compliance : Verify compliance with CAL / OSHA, SWPPP, and other applicable regulations. Daily Coordination : Lead daily coordination with clients, contractors, designers, and regulatory agencies.
Supervision : Supervise field construction staff and sub-consultants. Issue Resolution : Facilitate project delivery and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
On the business side, this candidate must be able to identify and pursue opportunities to grow client relationships and establish new partnerships.
This will be done by also collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and secure new projects.
