POSITION SUMMARY
The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive and actionable financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support across nVenia.
This includes financial reporting and analysis, process improvement and project-based work. The role will interface with all disciplines including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and IT.
The FP&A Manager will have frequent opportunities to work in highly visible Senior Executive settings and needs to be comfortable in this environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead nVenia Monthly Operations Review including sharing key financial information and connecting the dots for nVenia senior leadership team to understand both results and where to take action.
- Prepare executive-level quality presentations for Duravant leadership and Board of Directors.
- Complete monthly and quarterly financial performance analytics, including but not limited to forecast updates, driver comparison commentary, bridging changes, analyzing volume / price / mix.
- Contribute as a key member of nVenia Finance Leadership Team and support the nVenia culture.
- Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and ad hoc decision support including but not limited to profitability, return on investment, cash flow, working capital and scenario analysis.
- Interpret complex results, identify risks, research solutions, and make recommendations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA preferred, and / or CPA / CFA a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related financial analysis experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong preference for candidates with Strategic / Financial Planning and Analysis backgrounds; demonstrated skills in Price, Volume, Mix, Margin / Profitability, Expense Control analytics.
- Epicor and / or OneStream experience (or demonstrated high proficiency in complex ERPs) beneficial
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, self-prioritize, deliver on projects and organizational needs daily with a very high level of accuracy.
