The Position : Nurtur Holdings is searching for an eager, dedicated, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance Team.

The ideal fit for this position is a self-assured individual who has corporate or commercial transactional and deal experience including researching, performing due diligence, compliance reporting, and preparing and filing documents with governmental agencies.

This is a perfect position for someone interested in the educational beauty industry. You learn and work with Department of Education rules and parameters, federal financial aid requirements and state regulations all to ensure that we deliver and exceptional educational experience.

This position works closely with and report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.

Qualifications :

• High School or equivalent (required).
• Paralegal certificate or other post-secondary education (preferred). Prior relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum experience of 3-5 years
• Investigative mind and strong analytical skills
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, Docusign
• Experience with pivot tables, macros, and advanced Excel formula is a plus

Schedule :

• minimum 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday
• Weekend availability
