Qualifications - Sr. Project Manager

• Experienced managing $250K+ custom residential renovation / addition projects, be well-versed reading blueprints and construction drawings as well as managing the submittal process, addendums, and change orders.
• Solid understanding of construction critical path including how a home comes together, the sequencing of construction, and the working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of primary and specialty trade partners.
• Strong critical thinker that’s able to review, analyze, and interpret information to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Knowledgeable about construction costs, materials, products, means and methods, and standard safety operating procedures.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Nashville.
• Restoration / remodel experience in the urban core of Nashville with historic homes is a plus as is proficiency with Buildertrend.

Key Functions - Sr. Project Manager

• Leads the construction process including preconstruction planning, scope development, and estimates (we have experienced in-house estimators to support you) for new construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinates schedules to ensure subs and in-house teams have what they need before they show up to the job site.
• Manages communications with all project stakeholders : Owners, Architect and Design Team, and Partnered In-House Labor and Artisan Build Construct General Contractor Team.
• Consults with stakeholders and vendors, reviews construction for accuracy and completeness, and ensures all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Organizes and maintains projects from inception to close-out documentation.
