Warranty Operations Analyst

About The Role

ZT Systems is looking for a thought leader who can identify, and subsequently drive to implement, changes in our entire warranty support and reverse logistics processes to optimize our business operations.

This will include everything from how we package and ship material to a customer, track the delivery, ensure the timely return of customer parts, and how we resolve problems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and experience working in a customer focused environment.

What You Will Do

• Identify and complete improvement projects for various warranty models.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Warehouse, RTV, Logistics, Field
• Services, Finance, and Sales.
• Coach less experienced team members to ensure the team consistently provides outstanding customer service.
• Identify process deficiencies and customer concerns and proactively work to solve them.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and resolutions.
• Manage the warranty claims process, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve / automate the warranty claims process.
• Follow up with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requests are resolved, using escalations when necessary.
• Write standard operating procedures for the department.
• Provide regular reports on warranty claim activity to management.
• Identify recurring problems or delays and communicate the findings to affected parties.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years relevant experience in warranty operations, customer service, or order processing
• Advanced computer skills, and the ability to anticipate risks and problems.
• The ability to master tasks and the willingness to learn new ones.
• An ability to change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of pleasing customers and resolving problems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
• The candidate must work well with a high-performing team who are committed to supporting the company’s exceptional growth rate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
