- Manages supports and monitorsall Home Equity loan processes including processing underwritingfunding and member service.
- Ensure properworkforce planning and resourceplanning.
- Monitoring SLAs and reporting onproductivity turn times and volumes to the director.
- Working knowledge and understanding of thedepartment budget.
- Collaborates with othermanagement team leaders to ensure overall goals areachieved.
- Recognizes areas needing improvementand takes appropriate action.
- Updates createsmonitors and tracks monthly statistical reports to provide tomanagement.
- Serve as back up to theDirector.
ALIFICATIONS &SKILLS :
- Bachelorsdegree in business finance or managementpreferred.
- 7 years of experience in Real EstateLending required.
- 5 years or managementexperience required.
- Extensive knowledge ofhome lending compliance andregulations.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel WordOutlook PowerPoint).
- Strong communicationskills both verbal and written.
- Ability tolead and influence.
- Ability to communicateacross all levels of the organization.
- Provenability to organize and handle multiple tasks and prioritizeappropriately.
