The Digital Marketing Strategist, Advertising will be responsible for executing paid media buys and developing paid media strategies.
This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical mind and attention to detail. The Digital Marketing Strategist will report to the Digital Marketing Director and play a critical role in our fast-growing team.

Client Focus : Deliver paid media strategy and execute paid media buys leveraging in-house ad trafficking tools, self-serve platforms, and through direct media relationships with partner platformsPartner with cross-functional Outcast teams to develop creative concepts that effectively target audiences on social / digital platformsDaily management and optimization of diverse paid campaigns that amplify and further push forward clients' business objectivesWork with clients and internal teams to develop measurement frameworks for display, social, and marketing programs leveraging internal tools with flexibility to customize around a client's needsAnalyze digital campaign performance in real-time and organic channels delivering day-to-day optimization as well as ongoing client reportingCan work in various areas in Digital including but not limited to, social media, and creator partnerships, email marketing.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to inform digital programs and campaigns with fresh, innovative insightWhat You'll Need : Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred3+ years of experience working with online ads, social media, integrated campaigns (can be combined)2+ years project management experiencePortfolio of digital advertising work within Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.
Additional experience on Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and other digital paid platforms a plusFluency with owned / social media channels, emerging platforms, and technologiesDemonstrated understanding of analytics;
