At Senior Helpers South Orange County, we’re searching for compassionate, joyful caregivers who can bring warmth and comfort to our clients in San Clemente.

What You’ll Do :

As a valued member of our team, you’ll assist with personal care and companionship tasks to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Your day-to-day may include :

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients with mobility and meal preparation
• Providing friendly companionship and emotional support
• Ensuring safety and comfort through daily activities
• Promoting independence while being a trusted companion

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field preferred
• Must have a sympathetic attitude towards the cares and dignity of our clients
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks as required by the client
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance

Compensation and Benefits :

• Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly. OT hourly rates may be up to $30 / hr.
