We’re looking for an organized and innovative Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency and effectively deliver our messaging across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Develop and coordinate communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications.
- Manage and update content on social media platforms and the company website.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging multimedia content.
- Monitor media coverage and assist in maintaining relationships with media contacts.
- Track and analyze communication metrics to improve outreach strategies.
- Organize and support promotional events and community engagement initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
