The ideal candidate will be adept at making outbound sales calls, and utilizing agency-provided warm leads to maximize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls on warm leads provided by the agency.
- Skillfully develop leads, schedule appointments, and pinpoint customer needs.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on auto insurance coverage tailored to customer requirements.
Requirements :
- Obtain a 440 Customer Service License (agency supports licensing fees).
- Proficiency in making outbound sales calls.
- High school diploma / GED required; possessing or obtaining a 440 is a plus.
- Effective use of Microsoft Office and adept at navigating multiple systems.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills.
- Self-motivated with a capacity to work diligently within established procedures.
- Bilingual required.
Education and Skills :
- A knack for analyzing data and making informed decisions.
- Ability to review, solicit, and recommend appropriate coverage and policies.
