Clair County, Illinois  Key Responsibilities :

General Maintenance :

Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, machine repairs; plus, to the extent of skills (kitchen and / or bathroom remodels) or training :

Power washing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work includes but is not limited to preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.

Preventative Maintenance :

Safety :

Includes recording various checks, signing of fire extinguishers, water temperatures, door operation, etc.  Reporting and Recordkeeping :

Customer Relations :
