As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.

You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience .
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States / Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Southlake, TX. This position may require travel.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred :

• Should have minimum 4 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Collaboration with Product Owners, Application, and Engineering teams to understand the specifications.
• Evaluate manual test plans to develop test automation framework components.
• Should design well-structured manual test cases to maintain and enhance easily.
• Should be good at best Object-oriented programming practices using Selenium with C# .
• Integration of automation frameworks into CI / CD processes.
• Experience BDD with Specflow is a must.
• Proficiency in developing Test scripts using xUnit, Nunit, or MSUnit and C#.
• Sound knowledge of GIT Source Control and Continuous Integration is required.
• Knowledge of understanding backend services and REST APIs .
• Able to adapt to different cultures and business environments.
• Good prioritization and management skills.
• Passion for finding innovative solutions for complex problems.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
