Overhead Door Company of Nashville , a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Dispatcher / Manager Trainee. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a foot in the door in operations management.

Job Responsibilities :
- Over time, will have the opportunity to directly impact and shape the business
- Manage operational activities while ensuring customer satisfaction with our work
- Work with Sr. Management to learn how to establish budgets and how to efficiently manage labor costs
- Improve individual performance of the employees you manage through coaching, scorecard reviews, and yearly performance reviews
- Over time, will evaluate and make suggestions to improve operational processes and procedures
- Will train in hiring, training and developing new employees
- Proactively communicate with customers and be willing to solve problems
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner
