Job Title : Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Bilingual (fluent in both English and Japanese) Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our sales team and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing sales documents and reports, and providing excellent customer service.

Hard Skills

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • 2+ years in the hotel industry

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities in both English and Japanese

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Antonio, Texas.

Work Environment

Brand new office in San Antonio, one of the first ever hires in the US for this Japan-based client. M-F office hours, but requires flexibility as they'll have to frequently communicate with HQ in Japan (13 hours ahead of US)
