We are seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to increase brand awareness, educate newcomers of our company culture, and tracking activity of customer accounts to ensure we are providing superior customer service.
The ideal Graduate Management Trainee will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. The Graduate Management Trainee will provide each customer with their customer service and sales expertise to promote a positive experience and manage all accounts sufficiently.
Graduate Management Trainee Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with key customer acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers
- Accurately track and communicate all activity with the team
- Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data and customer insights
- Communicate with the marketing team and other management trainees frequently
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Graduate Management Trainee Requirements :
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and travel frequently
