YourRole

Weare hiring a Facilities Engineer with 02 years of experience withinthe pharmaceutical industry.

  • Supportand execute validation protocols for facilities utilities andequipment in compliance with GMPregulations.
  • Supportvalidation and maintenance activities including but not limited toHVAC water for injection (WFI) pure steam feed water process wasteneutralization clean dry air and so on.
  • Conductrisk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvementin facilities and utilitiesvalidation.
  • Assessand manage change controls and deviations related to facilities andutilities validation.
  • Implementcorrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) asnecessary.
  • Supportsystem improvements development of detailed specificationsengineering documents and standard operating procedures(SOPs).
  • Participatein the development of validation master plans protocols analysis oftest results and preparing technicalreports.
  • Additionalresponsibilities asrequired.

Requirements

  • Bachelorsdegree in relatedengineerin gdiscipline.
  • 02years of facilities commissioning qualification and validationexperience in the pharmaceuticalindustry.
  • Knowledgeof GMP regulations and validationprinciples.
  • Basicexperience or knowledge with riskbased validationapproaches.
  • Understandingof change control and deviationmanagement.
  • Experiencewith HVAC systemspreferred.
  • Excellentdocumentation and organizationalskills.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Effectivecommunication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverseteams.

Adheringto the requirements of Californias law on salary transparency thesalary bracket for this role is set between $60000 $70000 annually.

The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such asthe applicants qualifications skills and professionalexperience.

Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline. 0-2 years offacilities commissioning, qualification and validation experiencein the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of GMP regulations andvalidation principles. Basic experience or knowledge withrisk-based validation approaches.

Understanding of change controland deviation management. Experience with HVAC systems preferred.Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effectivecommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate acrossdiverse teams.
