The incumbent performs as the Systems Analyst for the Human Resources Shop.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Serves as the personnel System Analyst for AU, 42 ABW, OTS, tenants, and Geographically Separate Unit for Base Level Service Delivery Model, Case Management System, MilPDS, and Personnel Records Display Application, Talent Marketplace, myVECTOR, myFSS, myEVAL, myDECS, AMS, myPERS, CMS Dashboard and Tableau metrics, and other personnel systems which support the military personnel agenda.
- Provide operations and maintenance, configuration management, database administration, transaction registers management, user account / access verification and support for existing and new automated applications to maintain system continuity and security.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements
Mandatory :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Ability to acquire and maintain government identification / common access card.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and / or drug testing required on the contract.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
