Description of the role :
The Internal Service Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all internal service operations at Gwinnett Place Nissan.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between different departments within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all internal service operations.
- Manage sublets and ensure accurate billing
- Coordinate with all sublet vendors to ensure timely repairs
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service tasks.
- Collect and analyze data related to internal service operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of Internal service operations and warranty claims.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Internal automotive service operations and warranty claims.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CDK management system and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
