- This position is a contract and is 100% in office in Towson, MD. Schedule : 8-5 Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities :
- AP and AR including data entry and reviewing and paying invoices
- Invoice filing
- Light accounting to include bank reconciliations and inputting information into the GL
- Obtaining W-9 information from vendors
Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant :
- 1+ years of AP and AR experience required
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Background and drug screen required
