Job Summary :
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service in a dental office setting.
Duties :
- Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Scheduling for treatment plans
- Confirming billing completion
- Verify insurance information and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical history documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
Skills :
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office software
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with insurance processes is required .
- Ability to provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft / Wisdom
Job Type : Part-time
Schedule :
- Monday to Wednesday
- 9 AM-5 PM
Pay : $17.00 per hour
Expected hours : 24 per week
