Position Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to :
- Develop and implement digital strategy resulting in increased sales
- Manage and execute email marketing programs from beginning to end, including strategic development, planning, targeting, setup, testing, and execution
- Action on data from digital marketing efforts based on promotions, product, audience, and segment level to optimize spend and marketing performance
- Evolve our digital presence; including, but not limited to, media programs, omni channel strategies and implementation of new emerging channels
- Partner with internal teams, senior leadership, and media agencies to optimize marketing and social media strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Increase new customer acquisition and reengagement strategies & performance across web & app
- Clearly & concisely present digital insights, both written an in verbal form, at any level of the organization
- Use advanced analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems and surface opportunities
- Lead cross-functional meetings and drive team alignment on business objectives
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience working with a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns, i.e., website, email, social media, and / or marketing automation.
- Fluent in building and executing digital media plans
- Proven wins delivered from digital, mobile, app strategy, and loyalty programs
- Experience working with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience analyzing and reporting on digital marketing performance including traffic and conversion
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, building email flow & deep segmentation ideal but not required
- Proven track record of developing and executing high performing customer acquisition strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- This is an in-office role based in Dallas, TX. We are not offering a relocation package.
