Salary Range : $50,000 – $90,000 / year, depending on experience and responsibility level

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Bookkeeper who wants more than just a job, someone ready to grow into a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and eventually help steer the financial health of a growing company.

You’ll start with the core : accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Then, as you prove your skill and initiative, you’ll take on reconciliations and financial reporting. The goal? To become a trusted internal watchdog, someone who understands where the money goes, catches what others miss, and isn’t afraid to speak up.

This is not a passive role. If you’re the kind of person who notices discrepancies, thinks in systems, and wants to help a business grow smarter and leaner, this is for you. It’s about protecting and guiding a growing company through sharp insight and good judgment.

Responsibilities (in growth phases)

Phase 1 – Bookkeeping Basics

• Accounts Payable

Receive and enter bills (via email or mail) into QuickBooks

Process payments across ACH, credit card, checks, and wires

Run payroll biweekly via ADP Run

Phase 2 – Full-Charge Bookkeeping

Phase 3 – Strategic Finance Contribution
