Customer Success Coordinator (CSC)

Position : Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) Location : Salt Lake City - West Valley City On-Site Company : Calyx Containers Role Overview : The Customer Success Coordinator is a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring the highest level of service for our clients, particularly focusing on Emerging Accounts.

This role involves managing design-related projects and providing comprehensive support in the customer journey from sales to creative services.

As a member of the Customer Success Team, this position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the cannabis industry and helping our customers grow / succeed.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with Account Managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding and reordering process for Emerging Accounts.

Work alongside Account Managers to guide customers through the Creative Services stages, acting as a liaison between the client and our Art Team to ensure effective delivery of our Art Intake process.

Provide comprehensive support to assigned customers, handling everything from order modifications to issue resolution. Assist with CRM & ERP data entry and contribute to testing for system functionality and enhancements.

Uphold customer satisfaction ensuring they know our Core Value #5 : Customer Is The Only Boss, escalating concerns to leadership or relevant stakeholders when necessary.

Engage with various cross-functional teams to convert business needs and product specifications into effective customer solutions.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Accounting, or Management is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will also be considered.

1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems and an understanding of how data analytics can drive operational effectiveness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a comfort with working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building effective client relationships.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly advantageous.
