Job Summary
Corporate Payroll Services is seeking technology and administration professionals for the full time salaried role of Product Support Specialist.
This role involves providing assistance to internal staff and customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, and general support.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns effectively.
Duties
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product information and technical support
- Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware
- Train users on company products
- Document user interactions and solutions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to address user needs promptly
- Become a subject matter expert on our products
Requirements
- Experience in administration, client services, or technical support
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze user needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills
- Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM
