B2B Sales Account Executive
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client accounts in the technology sector.
The pay for this position is salary plus commission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Tenacious and driven, you excel in environments where your reward is based on your effort - uncapped potential
- Acquires new business customers through cold-calling and working with network group.
- Conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers.
- Develops and presents sales presentations / proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs.
- Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with vendor and company guidelines, including but not limited to the following : entering sales orders, and reporting on sales.
- Achieves monthly sales goals in high-speed data, VoIP phone service, and Technology sales and understanding of technical products / services .
- Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practice, policies, and procedures.
- Be well-informed about our competitors' activities, be knowledgeable of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, and sales tactics.
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Familiarity with technology sales and understanding of technical products / services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications as well as consumer and commercial communication devices (e.
g., Smartphones, Routers, Modems, and wireless devices).
