Summary of Position :

The IT Help Desk Technician will provide essential technical support to internal customers, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop computers, phones, and remote access, while maintaining a strong focus on PCI compliance and security best practices.
