Benefit Services Sales Executive
Summary / objective
The Benefit Services Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the isolved product line to achieve long-term revenue growth.
This position will identify isolved products and servics that serve as solutions for agents, brokers and other partners.
Core Job Duties
- Establishes and maintains relationships with partners, including but not limited to needs analyses, recordkeeping, proposal and quotes, renewals and service.
- Prospects for new partnerships through associations, clubs, referrals and other activities.
- Educates and trains partners to effectively represent and sell isolved products.
Job Complexity
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization.
- Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Interaction
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Supervision
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education / work related experience
- 4+ years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills requried
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 20% domestic travel may be required.
Work Authorization
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
