Hoffman & Associates, located in San Diego, CA, is looking to hire a Corporate Accountant who will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for multiple clients and preparation of business and corporate taxes.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports for our clients.
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations.
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Report analysis and findings to management team.
Qualifications :
- At least 10 years experience in accounting.
- Corporate & partnership tax knowledge needed.
- Experience with current computer accounting programs including QuickBooks, Untra Tax.
- Detail and deadline-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The hours will be flexible and start out at part-time and work up to full-time position.
