Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with a knack for both Electrical and Mechanical systems? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment, machinery, and systems.

You will be tasked with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our presses, lathes, grinders, and PLCs.

This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, tooling, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

1. Performing preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

2. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on our machines such as presses, lathes, and grinders.

3. Programming and troubleshooting PLCs to maintain optimal performance of automated systems.

4. Inspecting and replacing defective or worn-out parts and tooling.

5. Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

6. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and preparing reports on machinery condition and functionality.

7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.

8. Collaborating with other team members to facilitate smooth operation and maintenance of all machinery and equipment.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.

2. Proven experience with preventative maintenance, presses, lathes, grinders, PLCs, electrical troubleshooting, and tooling.

3. A strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.

4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently.

6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with others.

7. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement solutions.

8. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
