Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in South Florida.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients, providing them with top-tier legal representation, and achieving the best possible outcomes.
This role requires an attorney with extensive knowledge of Florida personal injury laws, a proven track record in litigation, and a commitment to delivering compassionate client service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other injury-related claims.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable results for clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials throughout South Florida.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and explaining the legal process to ensure they are fully informed about their case status.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, expert witnesses, and investigators to build strong cases.
- Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring the highest level of legal representation.
- Stay current with changes in personal injury law, court rulings, and industry trends relevant to South Florida.
- Participate in community outreach and networking activities to build and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Florida Bar with good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in South Florida.
- Proven litigation experience with a strong record of trial success.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Compassionate, client-focused approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
- Fluency in Spanish or another relevant language is a plus.
