As an Executive Assistant at Primer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Role Responsibilities -
Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Event Coordination : Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up.
Project Assistance : Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CRO, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
Travel Arrangements : Manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CRO and team members.
Document Creation & Management : Create, maintain, and organize critical documents, reports, and presentations with a focus on confidentiality and accessibility.
Proficiency in designing and structuring impactful presentations. Expertise in managing complex spreadsheets to monitor budgets and timelines effectively.
Customer Relationship Management : General understanding of Salesforce.com to assist in pulling down crucial reports and forecasting information as required, ensuring accurate and timely data retrieval.
Conduct Data Research : Perform data research on key federal initiatives or programs that may impact our business, providing insights to assist in achieving revenue goals and strategic objectives.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication.
Executive Schedule Management : Work closely and effectively with the CRO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Manage the CRO's schedule, including planning and coordinating meetings on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Serve as a "gateway" to the office of the CRO and manage the CRO's calendar, sending invitations on their behalf.
Meeting and Event Scheduling : Handle arrangements for CRO-hosted company social events, including event planning and meal reservations.
Priority Management : Prioritize conflicting needs, using judgment and discretion to determine the urgency of issues. Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under deadline pressures.
Corporate Travel and Expense Reports : Arrange corporate travel and trip agendas for the CRO, completing expense reports as needed.
Oversee and Manage Daily Office Operations : Coordinating office supplies, managing vendor relationships, arranging in-office meals for the team, and organizing office layout and maintenance.

Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast- paced, high-growth environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, Salesforce.com and Lucidchart.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
The annual cash compensation range for this position is US$90,000 to US$110,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
Primer works closely with the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment. Any offer of employment is conditioned on an applicant or employee being able to meet any applicable government contract requirements.
