Licensed Child, Adolescent & Family Psychotherapist

McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services is looking for a dedicated professional to join our amazing counseling and social work team.

We are hiring a full-time hybrid Licensed Child, Adolescent & Family Psychotherapist to provide mental health services across PA and DE.

This position offers a competitive pay structure based on a 60 / 40 split. You can expect to earn between $39.60 and $108 per hour, depending on the client.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LICENSED CHILD, ADOLESCENT & FAMILY PSYCHOTHERAPIST

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in counseling or social work
• Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania
• Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week
• Knowledge and experience with providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families

It is preferred to be able to work with people of various ages and conduct psychotherapy via telehealth. Additional clinical certifications and training are a plus, too!

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LICENSED CHILD, ADOLESCENT & FAMILY PSYCHOTHERAPIST

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your work-life balance. This full-time counseling position requires at least 25 weekly billable hours.

As a hybrid Licensed Child, Adolescent & Family Psychotherapist, you will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to BIPOC-identifying individuals.

Your day will include clinical care, documentation, and care coordination. You will work closely with peers and participate in clinical supervision to enhance your skills and provide the best care possible.
